Zoom Safety Protocols - Opera starts with Oh! Online
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, here are some of the measures we are adopting to ensure that our time together is not compromised.
We require a password for every workshop. You will receive the password in your weekly email when you sign up for Opera starts with Oh! Please have the password handy when you are ready to join us on Wednesday mornings.
We strongly suggest that at least one adult from your household attends the sessions with your child(ren).
All Zoom workshops will have at least two adults present in the Zoom room. We will work to ensure that everyone is looked after, but Opera Lafayette personnel is first and foremost responsible for the programming. Online presence does not substitute in-person supervision.
The meeting room will be locked 5 minutes after the workshop begins, i.e. at 10:35 a.m. Please try to be on time. If you are running late, contact us at ersianfrancois@operalafayette.org and we will let you in.
In signing on to our Zoom call you consent to you and your child using the Zoom services. https://zoom.us/terms/
In compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and other applicable laws, Opera Lafayette will not record or distribute information obtained during our calls without the parent/guardian’s written consent.
